The manager of the store who was born in Ogimachi in 1948 are waiting for you with big smile.
And do you know, in Japanese there are many dialect! In Shirakawago as well. You can learn some Shirakawago dialect from the owner if you interested.

We use carefully selected (raw material) for our homemade noodle (Soba) and serve it to the customer on the same day.
Please enjoy soba with rich flavor.
Recommendation!: We also recommend the set with specially selected natural yam and Hida beef (A4-A5).

Also, it is a 5-minute walk from Seseragi Parking lot.

It is Road Station after Shirakawago IC where you can take a rest, there also a display of Gasso-zukuri architect and explain the building process of Gassho-zukuri house. There also Souvenir shop with various products.

Our desire is to deliver "safety, security, freshness, deliciousness, fun and happiness" through food. We use rice and vegetables grown in "rich soil and clean water" of Shirakawa-go. We keep the “taste of Shirakawa-go” with cooking technique that passed down from generation.
We want to create the feeling of "I want to live forever! I want to come visit again! I want to live in Shirakawa-go" to our customers.
