Our desire is to deliver "safety, security, freshness, deliciousness, fun and happiness" through food. We use rice and vegetables grown in "rich soil and clean water" of Shirakawa-go. We keep the “taste of Shirakawa-go” with cooking technique that passed down from generation. We want to create the feeling of "I want to live forever! I want to come visit again! I want to live in Shirakawa-go" to our customers.
We have a lot of dishes using Hida green onions and Tororo (grating a yam) and tufu steak (there is a limited number of tofu steaks). We also recommend homemade red turnip Chinese cabbage pickled steak (for winter only).
Located in front of Wada house. Our recommended Doburoku and Marron's (chestnut) sweets depend on the season.

Yukinko is the name of two sisters who grew up in Shirakawa and open the restaurant. It is counter shop so it is good opportunity for us to chat up with our customers. The location is near to Wada house. Please stop by. * Currently, we only serve as takeouts. Such as dumplings and Gohei Mochi (Grilled rice with sweet miso). You can still eat and drink on the terrace of the shop.
