Q. I would like to cancel my reservation, what should I do?
A. After the reservation is completed, you will receive a reservation confirmation email with cancel URL below email's body.
Please click and follow the procedure from the URL.
If you did not receive the confirmation email with cancel URL, please contact us.
Q. It cannot be canceled. A payment error is displayed.
A. We are sorry for inconvenience, but please contact us.

When contact us, kindly provide us the name of the hotel, the date of reservation, your name, and the reservation number.
Q. Due to state of emergency (corona). I would like to cancel my reservation. Is there a cancellation fee?
A. Whether or not there is a cancellation fee, is at the discretion of the facility.
Sorry to trouble you, but please contact the facility directly. 
Q. When I failed to pay by credit card and tried to make a reservation again, the number of rooms was exhausted.
A. When you failed to pay by credit card, the reservation system will block the room you try to booked for one hour. 
But, the room will be re-sale again after 1 hour. Please make a reservation again after about an hour.
Q. I made a room reservation from the association website (credit card payment), but I want a receipt.
A. We will use the usage statement as a receipt.
