**Accommodation Lottery Application for the 41st Shirakawa-go Light-Up Event (2027)** **Here to apply for accommodation!**
Light-Up Accommodation Application Period: October 1 (Thu.) 13:00 – October 31 (Sat.) 23:59 (Lottery by Email)
Please note that this accommodation plan is not eligible for Furusato Nozei gift certificates or any other promotional campaigns.
This plan is treated as a travel arrangement limited to accommodation only. Guests are therefore responsible for making their own arrangements for transportation and access to Shirakawa-go.
Due to the large number of inquiries we receive from guests every year, accommodation bookings handled by the Shirakawa-go Tourist Association will be allocated by lottery rather than on a first-come, first-served basis again this year. We kindly ask for your understanding.
In order to ensure fairness, lottery winning rights may not be transferred or resold. Please note this in advance.
After you are selected in the lottery, we will verify the name of the applicant against the name of the person making the reservation. If the names do not match, the lottery result and reservation will be invalidated. Please be sure to take note of this requirement.
※ If you are applying on behalf of someone else, please make sure to apply using the name of the person who will actually stay at the accommodation.

【Important Notes】
・The application period is from October 1 (Thu.) to October 31 (Sat.).
After the application period closes, a lottery will be conducted to select the successful applicants. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee accommodation.
・After the lottery, only successful applicants will receive an email with reservation instructions on November 10 (Tue.). Please complete the required information using the reservation URL provided in the email. The reservation will be considered confirmed once the card payment has been successfully completed.
・In consideration of fairness to all applicants, each person may submit only oneapplication during the application period.
If you apply for multiple dates or multiple accommodations, all of your applications will be invalid. Please be careful when submitting your application.

※If you select the above, this will be your only application.
If you submit another application with a different date, accommodation, or room type, your applications will be invalid.
If a successful applicant declines their reservation, no alternate applicant will be selected.
An additional application period will open on November 26 (Thu.) at 13:00 on a first-come, first-served basis. Further details will be provided at that time.
However, if there are no declined lottery reservations or cancellations, no additional application period will be held.

【Important Notes】
・All accommodations listed include an Observatory Ticket.
On the day of check-in, the Observatory Ticket, Event Admission Ticket, and event venue map will be provided to you at your accommodation. (Excluding infants and toddlers.)
・The available accommodations vary depending on the event date.
・The maximum number of guests per room varies by accommodation. Please check the capacity carefully and make your application within the specified capacity.
・The following accommodations accept bookings for one guest per room. If you are traveling alone, please select one of the following accommodations.
① Sumiresou 6-tatami room
② Bunroku 6-tatami room
③ Kidoya 6-tatami room (Available only on January 17 and January 31)
④ Koemon 7-tatami room (Available only on January 17 and January 31)
⑤ Shirakawa-go no Yu Sanyo Double Room
⑥ Kanjya 6-tatami room (Available only on January 11, January 17, and January 31)
・Please note that only a limited number of accommodations can accept infants and toddlers.
・Pets are not allowed at any of the accommodations.
・“Yunosato” and “Hirase Onsen Guest House” are located in the Hirase Onsen area, approximately 15 minutes by car from the Light-Up event venue.
If you plan to drive to the Light-Up event venue, a separate parking reservation (for a fee) is required. Please note this in advance.
Local buses (for a fee) will also operate on the event day, so you can also access the venue without a car.
The Tourist Association can assist you individually with arranging parking and reserving the round-trip bus service to and from Hirase.
・All accommodations except Bunroku have parking facilities. If you are selected in the accommodation lottery and arrive by car, please use the parking lot provided by your accommodation.
Bunroku does not have parking facilities and is available only to guests arriving by public transportation.
・Please note that “Yunosato,” “Shirakawa-go no Yu,” and “Yui no Sho” require a minimum of two guests paying the adult rate per room. In addition, guests aged junior high school level and above are required to pay a bathing tax of ¥150 per person. The bathing tax must be paid in cash at the accommodation.
