The 39th (2025) Light-up Event Lodging application[Lottery System]
The application period for light-up accommodation is from Sunday, October 1, 13:00 to Tuesday, October 31, 23:59. (by lottery).
This plan is not eligible for Hometown Tax Certificates and other campaigns.
This plan is handled as an organized tour, and its scope is limited to accommodation only.
Please note that the winning ticket cannot be transferred or resold.
Please note that due to the large number of reservations we receive each year, therefore all the accommodation reseravtion will be determined by lottery this year as well, not on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please see below for details on how to apply.
【Attention】
The application will be open from Tuesday, October 1st until Thursday October 31st.
After the deadline, a lottery will be held to determine the winners. Please note that application does not guarantee accommodation.
After that, a reservation information e-mail will be sent only to the winners on Sunday, November 10th. The reservation will become official once the required information from the reservation URL in the email is filled out and the credit card payment is completed.
In order to ensure fairness to all participants, each participant is limited to one application during the contest period.
Please note that if you apply more than one date or accommodation, your entry will be disqualified.
Please review the list of accommodations for each date below and select the appropriate accommodation and room type.

Example: Date: Sunday, January 13, 2025 Accommodation: Kanja Room type: 8 tatami mats
※If you choose the above, this is the only application you can make.
If you change the date, accommodation, or room type and submit another application other than the above, it will be invalid.
In the event that a winner withdraws from the contest, the winner will not be moved up from the applicants this time.
In such a case, we will again announce on our website at 13:00 on Tuesday, November 26 that we will accept additional applications (on a first-come, first-served basis at that time).
In this case, we will announce the result on our website again. However, if there are no rejected applicants, we will not accept any additional applications.

●Lodging Lottery Accommodation List
Please check the list of accommodations for your desired dates below.
【Attention】
・Please note that all the accommodations in the list come with a ticket to the observation deck.
Observation deck tickets are required for elementary school students and above. On the day of the event, you will receive an observatory ticket, an admission ticket and a venue map when you check in.
・Lodging options varies by itinerary.
・Please check the number of people per room carefully and apply within that range.
・Please select one of the following accommodations which can accommodate one person per room.
(1) Sumire-so 6 tatami mats
(2) Bunroku Omakase room
(3) Kidoya 6 tatami mats (January 13th and February 2nd only)
(4) Kouemon 7 tatami mats(January 26th and February 2nd only)
Please note that only a limited number of accommodation can accommodate infants.
All accommodation cannot accommodate pets.
・Only "Yunosato" is located in the Hirase area, which is about 15 minutes by car from the light-up site. If you plan to drive to the light-up site, you will need to make a reservation for a parking lot (parking fee will be charged).
・If you are a winner and come by car, please use the parking lot of your chosen accommodation.
・Please note that "Yunosato," "Yui no Sho," and "Shirakawa-go no Yu" require at least two adults per room. In addition, a Onsen bathing tax of 150 yen is required for junior high school students and older, and the Onsen bathing tax must be paid in cash on site.
